RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Eligibility & Timeframes
All return requests must be submitted within 7 working days of receiving your order. Requests made outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
Accepted Reasons for Return
We accept returns under the following circumstances:
1. Manufacturing Fault
If the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, please notify us in writing within 7 working days of delivery. We will, at our option, replace, repair, or refund the item in accordance with our warranty conditions.
2. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us in writing within 7 working days of receiving your order with supporting evidence (e.g. photos). We will assess the claim and advise on the appropriate resolution.
3. Change of Mind or Product Not Suitable
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your needs. In these cases, we may accept a return subject to the following strict conditions:

The product must be unused and unwashed

The original packaging must be undamaged and in resaleable condition

The product must be in a condition suitable for return to our warehouse for re-sale

A return must be agreed upon in writing by us prior to sending; no returns will be accepted without prior authorisation

The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the full cost of return shipping to our warehouse in Ingleburn, NSW
Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and the product will be returned to the customer at their cost.
How to Request a Return

Contact us in writing within 7 working days of receiving your order

Provide your order details and the reason for the return

Await our written confirmation and Goods Return Authorisation Number

Ship the goods to our Ingleburn warehouse at your own expense, quoting the authorisation number on all paperwork

Goods must be received by us within 14 days of the authorisation number being issued
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed accordingly. Please note:

Refunds may take approximately 2–4 weeks to be processed within our system

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

We reserve the right to decline a refund if the returned goods do not meet the conditions outlined above
