What is?
Jet spun polyester are filament yarns made by taking the single polyester filaments, grouping them together and then twisting or air-entangling them to make them workable.
Care Instructions
Please wash before use or ironing.
Warm wash using a mild liquid or powder detergent; avoid adding bleach or whiteners to the wash,
At home use: you can either tumble dry on a low heat/cool setting, as the fabric will only have surface moisture to remove/ dry, to avoid ironing, remove the fabric immediately from the dryer and fold – line drying, fold immediately when removing
Commercial laundry
Make sure the fabric has at least 10% moisture prior to feeding into your ironers, this will remove the final surface moisture and will iron the cloth at the same time, Keep wet polyester linen-covered whilst in storage to avoid localised evaporation and dry areas on the linen, If polyester linen is overheated during finishing (ironing), it will lead to overall glazing giving a very shiny finish and damaging the fibres.
